The light-duty rollator walker from Irie Mobility is stable, easy to maneuver, and designed for comfort, balance, and short-distance mobility. This model is ideal for resort walkways, hotel corridors, and smooth outdoor paths, and is not suitable for sand or uneven terrain.
Your wheelchair has been cleaned, inspected, and delivered, ready to use. Please follow these instructions throughout your rental.

Our light-duty rollator walker is perfect if you need a bit of assistance on short commutes. This model is lightweight, maneuverable, easy to fold, and the integrated seat is perfect to take along on your journey to utilize if you get tired and need to sit for a while. Please review the following information before using the equipment.

Open the walker Fully
Open the walker fully until the frame clicks into position as shown above and apply the brakes.

Adjust Handlebars
The equipment is adjusted for an average height user but if it is too high or too low you can make adjustments using the adjuster knobs.

Begin walking
Hold handlebars with your hands over the brake loops. Walk slowly, keeping the rollator just ahead of your body.

Seat usage
Stop fully, engage the parking brake, turn carefully, and sit down slowly. To stand, lock brakes, lean forward and stand using the armrests for balance.
⚠️ Always apply brakes before sitting, standing, or transferring.
⚠️ Do not stand on the seat; it is not designed to be a ladder or step stool. Injury can occur.
⚠️ Do not use the rollator as a wheelchair or to support someone pushing you.
Daily Care & Maintenance
To ensure the best performance throughout your rental, keep this rollator away from sand, seawater, and wet beach areas. Sand and moisture can damage the wheels, brake cables, and frame. If the rollator becomes damp, wipe it dry immediately.

⚠️ Never take this rollator walker onto sand or soft terrain. The wheels on this model are not designed for sand or loose terrain; they will sink, lock, or make the equipment hard to maneuver, which can lead to injuries to the user.
Dissembly & Transport
Our light-duty rollator walker is delivered fully assembled and ready to be used. Its lightweight frame and folding design make it easy to fold and load into vehicles. No tools or mechanical adjustments are needed for the delivered equipment, except for the height adjustment if needed. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us or submit a support request.
The delivered rollator walker does not require assembly; simply unfold it fully and follow the steps below for safe handling and transport.

Engage both parking brakes.
Ensure the rollator is stable before folding or sitting.

Lift the seat and pull upward on the center strap. The frame will fold inward.

Guide the handles inward carefully.
Keep fingers away from folding joints.

Lift the folded rollator using the frame, not the seat. The seat is not designed as a lifting point.

Store in a dry, shaded area.
Avoid moisture, which can affect brake cables and bearings.
⚠️ Never sit or transfer without first engaging the brakes.
⚠️ Always maintain control of the equipment; do not use the rollator as a transport chair or allow anyone to push you.
Troubleshooting & FAQs
The brakes feel loose?
This is likely to occur if the cable brake is stretched. Apply the brakes a few times continuously and contact support.
The rollator wheels veer?
This can occur if there is a buildup of debris on the wheels; clean them for smooth usage.
Is the rollator hard to push?
If using on a surface not compatible with the rollator walker, navigate to a different surface.
Handlebars too low/high?
Use the adjustment tool on the equipment to make the adjustment to better suit your height requirements. Alternatively, contact support.
Is the rollator seat feeling unstable?
This can occur if the frame is not fully opened. Stop usage immediately and open the frame fully until it clicks into place.
⚠️ If brakes fail, the frame feels unstable, or wheels wobble stop use immediately.
