This light-duty standard walker provides reliable balance support for short-distance mobility. It is lightweight, easy to fold, and ideal for indoor use at hotels, villas, cruise terminals, and paved indoor walkways. This standard walker is NOT suitable for sand, grass, hills, or uneven terrain.
Your walker has been cleaned, inspected, and delivered ready to use. Please follow these instructions throughout your rental.

Our light-duty standard walker is a stable, dependable mobility aid for guests who need a little extra support when walking. Please review these quick-use steps before using the walker.

Open the Walker Fully
Unfold the walker outward until both sides lock securely.
Ensure all four legs rest evenly on the ground before walking.

Is the height comfortable?
The walker is pre-adjusted for an average-height user. If the walker feels too high or low, adjust it as needed or contact support for guidance.

Begin walking
Hold the grips firmly.
Lift the walker slightly, place it one step ahead, then walk into it slowly. Keep the walker close to your body for optimal support.

Sitting & Standing
Do not pull yourself up using the walker; it may tip. Use the armrests or surface you are standing from, then take hold of the walker once upright.
⚠️ Do not use the walker as a seat or support stool.
⚠️ Keep all four legs touching the ground at all times.
⚠️Always unfold the walker completely until it clicks.
Daily Care & Maintenance
To ensure the best performance from your light-duty standard walker during your rental, keep it away from sand, seawater, rain, or wet pool areas. Moisture and debris can cause slipping or reduced stability.

⚠️ Never take this rollator walker onto sand or soft terrain. This walker will sink, slip, or become unstable on soft surfaces.
Folding & Transporting
Our light-duty standard walker is delivered fully assembled and ready to be used. Its ultra-lightweight frame and folding design make it easy to fold and load into vehicles. No tools or mechanical adjustments are needed for the delivered equipment, except for the height adjustment if the pre-adjusted height does not suit the user. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us or submit a support request.
The delivered standard walker does not require assembly; simply open it fully and follow the steps below for safe handling and transport.

On a level surface, open the walker fully until it clicks each button clicks into place.

To begin folding, press the push-button on the right side to unlock one half of the frame.

Press the left-side push-button and allow the frame to fold inward evenly. Keep fingers out of moving parts.

Frame is now folded. Next, Lift the folded walker by the side frame and not by the hand grips.

Keep the folded walker in a dry, shaded indoor area. Avoid placing heavy items on top of it; bending can occur.
⚠️ Never place fingers near the folding joints during folding.
⚠️ Ensure the frame fully opens and clicks before each use. Do not use the walker while it is partially folded.
Troubleshooting & FAQs
The walker feels unstable?
It may not be fully opened. Open outward firmly until you hear a click and all four (4) legs are in contact with the ground evenly.
One leg feels shorter?
Specific leg height may need to be re-adjusted to match other leg heights. Use the adjuster pin to make adjustments as needed.
Rubber tips slipping?
Check for moisture or dirt and wipe dry or clean as needed. If worn or damaged, contact Irie Mobility or submit a support request.
Difficult to lift or maneuver?
Walk slower and lift in smaller increments. If mobility continues to be difficult, consider a different aid and contact support.
⚠️ If the frame bends, wobbles, or fails to lock, stop using the walker immediately.
