Alternatively, you can email us at reservations@iriemobility.com, include your full name, the requested dates, your weight, your best contact number, and the property you are staying at.
1. Directly through our website - our website is fully featured for you to submit your reservation and complete the rental agreement.
2. Over the phone with a Reservation Specialist - Our Reservation Specialists are equipped with the tools and knowledge to get your reservation done in a few easy steps.
3. Via email - doing your reservation via email is best if you have time on your hands or if you don't have access to a mobile phone or landline. The process is identical to making your reservation over the phone or through the website.
N.B All payments are done digitally, whether directly through our website or via an invoicing system, where you receive a link to complete payment. Alternatively, payments can be processed with the help of a Reservation Specialist over the phone.
1. Select the equipment that is ideal for your weight.
2. Select the number of days you need the equipment for.
3. Proceed to checkout and select the delivery fee listed for the location of the property you are staying at.
4. Complete the rental agreement via the displayed buttons on the reservation request confirmation page.
5. Receive your invoice and make payment online or over the phone with a live Reservation Specialist.
6. Receive your rental confirmation.
N.B. Steps 5 and 6 are in order if you do not place your order and submit payment through our website.
Submitting a reservation request through the website and making payment through the website, if applicable, does not constitute a confirmed reservation. The completed rental agreement and payment are required to confirm a reservation.
After calling in, the Reservation Specialists will go over the required information, after which we will send you the rental agreement to complete.
Once we receive the completed rental agreement, we will generate and send the invoice to facilitate payment. After the successful confirmation of your payment, you will receive a confirmation email for the reservation with the attached rental reference number and all applicable rental details.
Upon receipt of your email inquiry, we will send you a quote based on the information we received. Once you accept the quote, we will send the rental agreement for you to complete in order for us to generate the invoice to facilitate payment. After the payment is received, we will send the confirmation email for the reservation with the associated rental reference number and all other applicable rental details.
